I have always enjoyed being physically active, but as I got older and life got busier with family, friends, and a teaching career, exercise became just another item on my never-ending list of things to do that never got done. I had explored many different fitness options, including Crossfit, Pilates, and Yoga, with the hope that I could force myself to stick with something. It wasn’t until I started to train with Cheri that I realized that working out shouldn’t be a constant struggle, instead it should be something fun, positive, and motivating that you look forward to doing every day. I am excited to combine my passion for fitness and love of teaching to inspire and support others to invest in themselves by providing a positive, motivating and fun fitness experience.
